Refund policy

At Bottega G. Floral, every arrangement is handcrafted with care and delivered fresh. Because flowers are perishable and customized for each order, our policies are designed to balance customer satisfaction with the nature of our products.

1. Freshness Guarantee

  • We guarantee that your flowers will arrive fresh, in good condition, and closely resembling the style and value of the arrangement pictured.
  • Some natural variations in color, bloom stage, and exact stems may occur due to seasonal availability. If substitutions are necessary, we always maintain the overall look, quality, and value of your order.

2. Returns

  • Fresh flowers and plants are non-returnable once they have been delivered or picked up.
  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on floral arrangements.

3. Refunds & Replacements

We stand by our work and want you to be delighted. Please inspect your order upon delivery:

  • If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
  • Send a clear photo of the arrangement and your order number to [your support email].
  • After review, we may:

    Issue a replacement arrangement (delivered at no extra cost), or

    Provide a partial or full refund to your original payment method, depending on the issue.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
  • Same-day orders or those already designed/delivered cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
  • Custom event installations (weddings, corporate events, funerals) are subject to separate contracts and cancellation terms.
