At Le Velouté Floral, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, hand-crafted floral arrangements with care, speed, and reliability. Please read below for details on our shipping, delivery, and pickup options.

🌸 Local Delivery

  • Coverage Area
    We currently deliver within Mission Hills, Granada Hills, Porter Ranch, Northridge, Sherman Oaks, and surrounding Los Angeles areas.
  • Delivery Days & Hours : 

    Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Sunday: Closed (special events and funerals may be accommodated upon request).

    Same-Day Delivery

    Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are eligible for same-day delivery.

    Orders received after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for the next business day.

    Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on zip code and distance from our studio. Typical delivery fees range between $10 – $25.

🛍️ In-Store Pickup

  • Customers may select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

  • Pickup Hours:
    • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMPlease bring your order confirmation email and ID at the time of pickup.

🚚 National Shipping (Non-Perishable Items Only)

Currently, fresh floral arrangements are only available for local delivery and pickup due to their delicate nature.
Non-perishable items (such as vases, candles, or gift accessories) may be shipped nationwide via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Standard shipping: 3 – 7 business days
  • Express shipping: 1 – 3 business days
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

🌺 Special Deliveries

  • Hospitals & Funeral Homes: We ensure timely delivery for sensitive occasions. Please include full recipient details (room number, funeral time, etc.) when placing your order.
  • Event & Wedding Deliveries: Large orders or event installations require at least 7 days advance notice.

❗ Substitution & Delivery Policy

  • Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or vases may need to be substituted while maintaining the overall style, theme, and value of your order.
  • If no one is available at the delivery address:

    We may leave the arrangement with a neighbor or in a shaded, safe spot by the door.

  • A delivery notice will be left, and we will attempt to contact the recipient.
  • Incorrect addresses or missed deliveries may result in additional delivery fees.
